Nasceu em Cambridge, Ontário, e em 2005 foi Miss Portuguese Club of Cambridge.
Tivemos a oportunidade de conversar com a Jessica.
Weight division- light welterweight (140lb)
Goal- to become world champion
I have been boxing for 10 years. I started competing in the Amateurs at the age of 19. I trained at Boxing by Syd in Kitchener Ontario
In 2014, I wanted to advance my boxing and have he chance to compete in the Canadian National Championships.
I then decided to move to Toronto where I can get the proper training. I won all 3 qualifying tournaments to enter the Canadian Championships. I was successful at the Canadian Championships, winning my first National title at 69kg category. In 2015, I had the privilege to compete in an international tournament in Bulgaria where I won a bronze medal
In 2016 I felt that I was ready to fulfill my dream and decided to turn Pro. I then decided to move to Montreal where I registered as a professional and had my professional debut in Montreal at the Montreal Casino
I am now 3-0 as a professional.
